Andrew joined the firm in September 2005 having previously worked with a top-tier national law firm in their Melbourne office. Andrew was admitted to practice in March 1998 and has predominantly practised in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, insurance and insolvency litigation with a particular emphasis on general contractual disputes, trade practices liability and corporate fraud.
Given the nature of Andrew’s practice, he has established a system to ensure compliance with all Court dates and effective and regularly reporting to client’s with respect to the carriage of each claim. Andrew also prides himself on establishing ongoing relationships with his clients whilst ensuring that high quality worked is produced in a cost effective manner.

- acting on behalf of commercial clients in contractual disputes including sales of business disputes, partnership disputes, lease disputes and general commercial contract disputes;
- insurance and corporate fraud related disputes;
- trade practice litigation arising out of breaches of consumer protection and restrictive trade practices;
- general insolvency disputes acting on behalf of creditors and debtors in contested wind up applications and bankruptcy matters; and
- defence of occupational health and safety prosecutions.
