Andrew has significant experience in commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, the preparation and negotiation of leases for commercial, retail and industrial premises and conducting a property due diligence for both institutional clients and private clients. Andrew has acted for both landlords and tenants in relation to major commercial leases and understands the different commercial objectives and requirements of both landlords and tenants.
Andrew also has expertise in matters arising from the Land Tax Act and the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act.

- providing a range of services to Australian Unity Property Limited including general property advice across the industrial and commercial property portfolio and acting on the sale of BBC Hardware in Queensland and purchase of commercial and retail property in Allara Street, Canberra;
- preparation and negotiation of lease for the Australian Red Cross Blood Service;
- acting for prominent property syndicators in relation to the acquisitions of properties across Australia; and
- commercial leasing of premises within Collins Place Tower, 35 Collins Street, Melbourne and Bourke Place, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne.
