• Cbus Property – $300 million mixed use complex at 8 Exhibition Street, Melbourne; $400 million office and retail CBW complex at the corner of William and Bourke Street, Melbourne; $300 million mixed use complex above the railway station at 140 William Street, Perth; new NAB Docklands 2 development at 720 Bourke Street, Melbourne;
• Shopping Centres – all aspects of management, leasing and development issues for over 150 Shopping centres including for AMP, Centro, Stockland, ISPT, Challenger, Aspen Group and Australian Unity as well as acting in respect of all retail leasing litigation and debt recovery;
• Healthscope Limited – leasing matters Australia wide, including for its subsidiary Gribbles Pathology;
• Cedar Woods Properties – acting in the acquisition of the former Laverton Airfield from the Commonwealth Government together with advising on all co-ownership, development and planning issues;
