Our workcover group is experienced in all aspects of Victorian WorkCover law and is committed to achieving outcomes in accordance with our client’s business objectives.
Our group has over time been involved in providing WorkCover advice and claims management services to the Victorian WorkCover Authority and self insurers for 20 years. In that time we have acquired a detailed understanding of the key business and legal imperatives of employers dealing with WorkCover issues.
Presently we act for over a quarter of the states self insurers.
Our WorkCover expertise spans from the conduct of complex litigated and pre-litigated claims, section 138 recoveries, premium diputes with WorkSafe, defences for breaches of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and specialist advice. Whether client's request front end claims management advice, representation in the course of litigation or simply internal education, our experienced practitioners are willing to assist.
